Heather Reynolds, CSA is the Operations Manager for AHS and believes strongly in our mission to provide trustworthy Home Management Support Services to adults in transition and their loved ones. Heather has over ten years of experience working in the social service field providing high quality, dignified services to those in need. She oversees our Home Management Program, Caregivers and client scheduling. Heather works hard to properly match our Caregivers with our clients to ensure relationships are built for long term success. By providing caregiver and client support, she helps to build the foundation for trusting and lasting connections. Heather keeps busy outside of work as the mom of three boys, enjoys camping and photography and can often be found in the corner of dusty old bookstores.
Tanja Birke is the Care Manager and Scheduler for At Home Solutions, LLC. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. Tanja is a registered nurse and has both worked and volunteered for local and national non-profits in the area of program support and administrative work. She recently worked for a local company that designed and implemented creative arts programs for adults with dementia. She believes that everyone has a story to tell and is looking forward to creating new connections with her staff and clients. Tanja has a commitment to personal development and the arts. When she is not driving her 2 daughters around town she’s usually listening to live music, eating really good food (that someone else cooks) or creating collaborative performance art with friends.
Hope Buchanan Fuhr joined our team in April 2011 as the Scheduler / Administrative Assistant. She is originally from Michigan and is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Sociology, having a focus on community and family. Hope’s background includes staffing and human resources, as well as several years in tax preparation offices. She is very busy with her two children and is actively involved in the Edina Girl Scouts, including organizing the annual cookie sale and mentoring her daughter’s troop. In her spare time, Hope enjoys reading, knitting, and gardening.
Camille Dalbec, RN, is a St. Catherine graduate. She has worked in Geriatric Nursing and Long Term Care settings as both a Caregiver and RN. Camille enjoys time with her husband and two children while she isn’t fishing, reading or skiing in her spare time. She also volunteers for a local community outreach program.
Kris Dickey is a Care Manager for At Home Solutions LLC. She joined the company in April of 2010. She is an RN and a graduate of Lutheran Deaconess School of Nursing. Kris has worked in Geriatric Nursing and Long Term Care both as a care giver and administrative capacities. She is married with three children and believes in families helping each other out in times of stress and transitions. She has experienced first hand the stressful and complicated dynamics families can experience in association with caring for elderly parents. She is an advocate for learning when to let go of certain responsibilities when necessary and the relief that professional care givers can bring when the time has come. She loves reading, and gardening, and hunting for treasures at garage sales. She is a Native Minnesotan and loves being outdoors in all seasons.
