THE HOME CARE SERVICE PACKAGE
Our Nurse (RN) on staff provides a complimentary initial visit assessing your loved ones needs when they request a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist with personal cares. This can include help with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, medication reminders, skin care, grooming and feeding. Caregiver tasks are provided by our CNA’s at no additional cost. Our Nurse can also set up medications and provide on going assessments as requested or required by the Minnesota Department of Health.
Caregiver and Respite Package
At Home Solutions, LLC wants to serve you and your family with dignity and support. For this reason, you will be given a complimentary home visit to appraise the daily needs and requests of you and your loved ones. We then formulate a specific service plan of action to be utilized by your Caregiver. We offer day, overnight, weekend, and long term 24 hour Caregiver assistance. Home Management Program
At Home Solutions, LLC offers a customized, thorough home and property inspection with a strong emphasis on preventing falls. This is followed up with a customized written assessment highlighting our recommendations to keep your loved ones safe at home longer. Professional resources that we know and trust are also included in the report free of charge so you can get quotes for the suggested improvements.
