Are your caregivers your employees? Yes. Every At Home Solutions, LLC caregiver in an employee of our agency, not an independent contractor.
Do you perform background checks on your caregivers? Yes. We perform a thorough criminal history background check on every employee of At Home Solutions, LLC, as well as a driving record check, social security verification, integrity and customer care evaluation and extensive interviewing of personal and professional references.
Are your caregivers bonded and insured? Yes. Each caregiver is fully covered with general liability, workers compensation insurance, additional driving insurance, and are bonded and registered/licensed under the At Home Solutions, LLC name with the Minnesota Department of Health.

How long have you been in business? At Home Solutions, LLC was founded in April 2006. We are proud to be a grassroots organization grown locally in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We are also woman owned and are not a franchise.
Can you provide references? Yes. We would be happy to provide references for our clients. As part of the initial folder that you will receive when you start service with us, we will give you information on references we’ve used in the past. We also include past client testimonials that may provide insight to our new clients on how we provide care.

How would I start services with At Home Solutions? To start service with At Home Solutions, LLC, we will arrange for a complimentary in-home meeting with the client and a primary contact (family, friend, neighbor) to discuss the needs of the client. At that time we complete our assessment and paperwork and decide with you what services are needed and which caregiver would best meet your needs. We answer any questions you might have about the services we provide and set a date to get started.

I only need someone to come out once a week, is this possible with At Home Solutions? Yes, we can provide a one time service to our clients, or provide on going services which require two hours per week on a continuous basis. We can provide care all the way up to 24 hours per day.
